It features a unique medical-grade silicone bite valve for easy, drip free sipping. The CamelBak logo is printed on the bottle and debossed on the lid. Eddy+is backed by the Got Your Bak lifetime guarantee. This product is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time depends on where the item is being shipped. Generally, it’s around 5–7 business days. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, just let us know, we’re happy to work with your deadlines wherever possible.

For items sourced overseas, delivery may take a little longer, but nothing to stress about, all timing details will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation so you’re kept in the loop from start to finish.

Do you accept individual order?

We specialise in corporate merchandise and apparel, so we typically work with minimum order quantities across our range rather than individual pieces.

We can also offer more competitive pricing on larger quantities, with added opportunities for further discounts.

* For signages, we do offer flexibility and can supply from a single unit.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship Australia-wide, so wherever you’re based locally, we’ve got you covered. While we don’t currently offer international shipping, our focus is on providing a smooth, dependable delivery experience locally so your order gets to you quickly and hassle-free.

Do you assist with design, printing, and decoration?

We offer free artwork setup and can assist with all design requirements. We also manage the printing in-house through our trusted local printers, and work with a skilled designer who can create professional layout designs tailored to your order.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is best for production. PNG or JPG files can still be sent for checking, and the Greatrex team will confirm if artwork needs adjustment.
